Charles Mamou, born 6th December 1974. Charles is from Louisiana, USA. Charles has been sitting on Texas Death Row since 17th November 1999. And through this site our aim is to gain more support for Charles Nicknamed "Chucky” and to bring you information about his case.
If Such a poisonous injustice can happen to Charles,, it can happen to anyone. Let Charles words be a caveat towards proving the system wrong and help establish a path for himself and others to regain the freedom that the judicial system has molested from us mercilessly.
A person innocence should not solely be based on DNA, physical evidence or the needle in the haystack happen-stance. For what if none of the above exist? Do you just walk away from a condemns please because the criteria does not meet Innocent Project's measures? Has the Abolish the Death penalty Movement become languid for those like myself? Should support neglect Charles, because the police allege the crime scene was contaminated by their own officers? Their mess-ups have not helped Charles any thus far, though it should.
Whatever happened to “If it don't fit you must acquit? Hearsay testimony and circumstantial judicial shenanigans should “never” be the means to end a life. And judges, jurors, and prosecutors need to be held accountable to their intentional indiscretions.
Until such happens, there can be no peace for Justice cannot be attained. And if justice is not the sole means to the “system”, then Charles will remain a iconoclast, because No Justice for Charles.
Everything Charles say about his case, no matter how unbelievable some may find, IS A FACT, All recorded on trial transcripts: thus making it public records as well as available for research for anyone interested, Charles has nothing to hide and from day one he remains an open book.
